  • For all products, shipping costs, customs and applicable sales taxes are extra.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards and debit (Canada only).
  • All orders are payable before shipping.
  • The merchandise remains the property of Dectro International until final payment of the invoice.
  • Any damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to Dectro International within 10 days of the date of purchase.
  • Any overdue account carries an administrative fee of 2% per month (24% per year).



  • Unless otherwise advised, we will choose the most economical carrier to ship the goods. Charges for express shipping are extra. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
  • If the box is damaged upon receipt, please notify the carrier immediately and indicate it on the carrier's receipt. On the box of some electronic devices, there is a special label that indicates whether the package has received a shock. If this label is red, this indicates that the package received a major shock. In such a case, please notify the carrier immediately and indicate it on the carrier's receipt.



  • Exchanges or refunds of new and unopened products are possible within 10 days of delivery upon presentation of the invoice. Before any return, you must contact Dectro International customer service to obtain a reference number (RMA). This number must appear on the returned package. Products must always be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs when returning merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is made upon receipt of the product if it is in its original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on online courses/training/workshops, furniture; including treatment chairs, stools and utility carts as well as on any special order of custom items (including color, size, volume quantity, etc.).
  • A handling and restocking fee of 15% will be charged on any merchandise returned after 10 days or before this period if it is damaged, unless there was an error on the part of Dectro International.
