Ever mindful of ensuring quality service, Dectro International conducted an opinion survey among its active clientele in order to piece together an accurate picture of the satisfaction of its clients.
The main finding to be drawn from the survey conducted is that 96% of customers surveyed think that Dectro offers good and excellent products and services. Mr. Clément Beaumont, president of Dectro International, visibly happy with the results, stated that the feedback received will help maintain Dectro’s mission focused on satisfying and exceeding customer expectations. With the same end in view, other client recommendations will be carefully assessed and followed-up.
The electronic survey composed of 7 questions (see table below) and carried out worldwide pulled in a total of 200 answers. Respondent answers were based on a satisfaction scale of 5 ratings. Each participant had the chance of winning a prize.
